This is a fantastic Walter Bosse cow key rack, West Germany circa 1960s.
A classic design of the midcentury modern era, designed by Walter Bosse a master Austrian metal craftsman and designer of distinctive whimsical animal figures, during the golden age of Vienna bronzes.
From the highly collectable ‘Black-Golden Line’ series, the brass figures were given a black finish with polished areas using the ‘Patination’ technique. Unmarked as is usual for these authentic pieces.
Would make a great addition to any collection of Walter Bosse, Baller, animal, brass figures. Perfect as a key rack or as hooks for a hallway, kitchen, jewellery etc or as a shelf sitter. Great decor for any retro, vintage, 1950s, 1960s, midcentury, modernist or contemporary interior.
In excellent condition, a little age and wear to the patinated brass, nothing to detract on display.
Measures 24.5 x 17.5 x 5cm / 10 x 7 x 2in.

This is a beautiful Studio Laurana Rame D’ Arte enamelled copper wall clock, made in Italy circa 1960’s.
